APPOINTMENT BOOKING FORM

We always operate in favour of our patient’s actual need. Therefore depending on the complexity of the case, the patient may require more time (billed in accordance with the fee structure below). For example, acute conditions like coughs, colds, flu etc usually only require 15 min or 30 min. Chronic conditions that are long standing like heart conditions, diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, infertility, anxiety and depression may require 30 – 60 min consultation.

• R495 for a quarter hour
• R650 for half hour
• R850 for three quarter hour
• R1050 for one hour
• R1400 for initial international consultation (approx $75USD / £60GBP – Visa & Mastercards accepted)
• Medicines are usually in the region of R495 for an initial one month’s prescription, but this is just an estimate.

(Terms of payment are Cash or Credit/Debit card on day of consultation at the above quoted discounted rates. Any amounts not settled on day of consultation fall under standard account rates and fees structure. We do issue you with a medical aid statement for reimbursement from your medical aid.)

Medical aid

Medical aids provide reimbursement for Homeopathic treatment including consultation and medicines – depending on your policy. Medical aid rates are charged for direct medical aid claims, but this requires pre-authorisation to verify benefits.
